DETAILS OF THE TOUR PROGRAM

DAY 1: HANOI – HA LONG BAY (Lunch - Dinner)

08h30-09h00: Car and guide pick you up at hotels in the Old Quarter and Hanoi Opera House to depart for Ha Long.

12h00-12h30: Arriving at Ha Long port, the delegation gathers at the waiting house under the guidance of the tour guide, waiting to buy tickets and issue tickets for you to board the ship to start the journey to explore the Bay. The ship will pass through many large and small islands with many different shapes with special names such as Chicken Islet, Stone Dog Islet, Dinh Huong Islet, Finger Islet... Enjoy lunch on board ship.

14h00: Arrive at Bo Hon island. You visit Sung Sot Cave - One of the most beautiful caves in Ha Long Bay. Next, you will kayak or take a bamboo boat to visit Luon Cave. After 30 minutes of kayaking, you board the boat to reach Ti Top island. You can swim at TiTop beach with white sand, or try trekking to climb to the top of TiTop mountain for a panoramic view of Ha Long Bay.

16h00: You return to the ship. The ship will move to bring you back to the wharf. You can sunbathe on the deck, listen to music, and relax, immersing yourself in the nature of Ha Long Bay.

18h00: The ship docked. The car picks you up and takes you to the hotel to check in and rest.

19h00: Dinner. Evening free to explore Night Market, Food Street... Overnight in Ha Long.

DAY 2: HA LONG - HANOI (Breakfast - Lunch)

Morning: Breakfast buffet at the hotel. In the morning you can choose:

11h00: You check out of the hotel, and have lunch at the hotel. Then get on the bus back to Hanoi.

Under 5 years old: Free domain, children eat with parents.
- From 5 -9 years old: 75% - eat, sit 1 separate meal.
- From 10 years old and up: counted as adults.
- Holidays and New Year will be surcharged 20%
- Single room surcharge: 350,000/pax/night (in case the guest registers alone but cannot share a bed with others) or due to the customer's request to sleep separately.

Air-conditioned tourist car from 7 to 45 seats (depending on the number of guests) for shuttle service according to the program
01 standard lunch on board and 02 meals at the hotel at the rate of 150,000 VND/person
01 breakfast at the hotel (you can have a breakfast buffet or bowl depending on the actual number of guests)
01 night sleeping in a 3-star hotel, sleeping 02 guests/room (single bed 3)

The tour price does not include:

Tax
Drinks in meals, in rooms, and other personal expenses

Sightseeing expenses outside of the program and other personal expenses

Tour cancellation policy:

Cancellation policy for weekdays:
- Cancellation before 07 days of departure incurs 50% of the tour fee.
- Cancellation before 03-07 days of departure incurs 75% of the tour fee.
- Cancellation 2 days before departure will be charged 100% of the tour fee.

Cancellation policy for public holidays:
- Cancellation 10 days before departure is subject to 50% of the tour fee.
- Cancellation before 03-09 days of departure incurs 75% of the tour fee.
- Cancellation 2 days before departure will be charged 100% of the tour fee.
In case of unannounced cancellation or late arrival, you must bear 100% of the tour fee.

Note: The company is not responsible for any request to cancel the tour without receiving and reconfirming with you. In this case, a cancellation or cancellation fee will apply.

- In case customers bring children under 15 years old (not their biological children) with them in the program, they must bring a Power of Attorney from their parents, certified by the local authority.
- Children must be accompanied by their parents when traveling and must bring a birth certificate or passport.
- Guests are present at the pick-up point 30 minutes before. Guests arriving late when the bus has departed or canceling the tour without prior notice will be charged a fee such as 'cancellation on departure day'.
- Visitors bring an ID card or Passport (original), should bring light luggage, and do not bring large suitcases.
- Tourists manage their own money and personal belongings during the tour.
- When registering, please provide your full name and year of birth.
- For overseas Vietnamese and international visitors entering Vietnam with a separate visa, please bring the customs declaration and visa when on tour.
